Shipping & Returns
Shipping Domestic
Orders are sent to the address exactly as it was entered at checkout. Please ensure your address is entered correctly. Please choose a secure ship to address, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an item is marked as delivered, Lola Ade is no longer responsible. Shipping costs will not be returned under any circumstances. We process and ship orders from our Los Angeles studio Monday through Friday. Orders are usually fulfilled and mailed through USPS First Class shipping within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) of purchase (excluding holidays), unless otherwise noted. Expedited shipping is available through USPS Priority Mail, but this for the speed of shipping through the carrier and does not include the processing time. Processing time for certain pieces may take longer, the details of which can be found in the product description or the announcement bar at the top of the website. Credit cards are charged when the order is placed and a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided with the order. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the shipping email.
Shipping International
International Shipping is available to select countries via USPS International. Prices displayed on the website are in US dollars. All relevant import taxes and duties are not included in the final purchase price and it is the buyer's responsibility to research and adhere to their local country's duties and import requirements. Once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, Lola Ade is no longer responsible.
Returns
Because of the limited/handmade/made to order nature of these items, we cannot accept returns. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at care@LolaAde.com with your order number for an exchange of the same item within 14 days of delivery. Exchanged items must be in the original product packaging and have no visible signs or wear or use.
